Description

Murano glass blown 23k gold transparent twisting torchere  tubes joined by unlacquered brass fittings to form a lovely circular mirror with beveled looking glass. This style is inspired by the Art Deco Barovier mirrors from the 1940’s but the brass detailing is  simplified with  more modern details and a unique shape.  As this is mouth blown and not placed into a mold each mirror is unique and one of a kind.

Dating: Contemporary, commissioned by L’ Antiquaire and made by wonderful artisans on the island
